Foresight News had earlier reported that the company said it repaid the Smarter convertible note held by an entity related to the TOBAM group around two weeks ahead of schedule. The repayment amount was about $11.69 million.
The company said the funds used for that repayment came from the disposal of 177.8909127 BTC at an average price of $65,762. It also said those Bitcoin had been acquired through the full allocation of subscription proceeds.
