A trader tracked by on-chain analytics account Lookonchain made another profitable news-driven trade after Binance announced the listing of Hajimi perpetual contracts. According to the monitoring data, the trader, identified as address 0xb319, moved right after the Binance notice and paid 5.5 BNB in gas fees, worth about $4,200, to secure the trade. The address then bought 9.9 million Hajimi tokens for 264.7 BNB, or roughly $202,000. It later sold 8.39 million tokens for $459,000 while still holding 1.5 million Hajimi, which Lookonchain valued at about $93,300 at the time of the update. Based on those figures, the trader booked a net profit of $350,000 on this trade alone. Lookonchain added that the trader’s cumulative profit from news trading has now reached $1.78 million. The move was cited as another example of how fast-moving traders are attempting to capitalize on exchange listing announcements the moment they go public.

BlockBeats reported on Sept. 6 that, according to Lookonchain, a news trader using address 0xb319 made another profitable trade tied to a Binance listing announcement.

After Binance published its notice about Hajimi perpetual contracts, the trader immediately paid 5.5 BNB in gas fees, worth about $4,200, and bought 9.9 million Hajimi tokens for 264.7 BNB, or around $202,000.

The address later sold 8.39 million Hajimi for $459,000. It still holds 1.5 million Hajimi, valued at about $93,300 based on Lookonchain’s data. Net profit from the trade was about $350,000.

Lookonchain said the trader’s cumulative profit from news trading has now reached $1.78 million.
