Travix, an on-chain perpetual futures protocol centered on compute asset trading, has completed a seed funding round, according to a Sept. 21 update reported by BlockBeats. Amber Group was named among the disclosed investors, while the funding amount was not released.
The project said the new capital will be used to speed up development of perpetual contracts tied to compute assets and exotic assets including East Asian equities. It also plans to expand Compute-Led real-world asset trading pairs covering chips and storage, advance research on a "financial world model," deepen development and deployment of a trusted AI agent trading engine, expand into global markets, build out a broader multilateral ecosystem, and launch trading promotion incentive programs.
Travix describes itself as a next-generation PerpDEX protocol built on a modular blockchain architecture. It uses a hybrid structure that combines off-chain high-performance matching with on-chain settlement, a design the project says can achieve millisecond-level processing efficiency. It also introduces a unified account management model.
The protocol’s main focus areas include compute asset perpetual contracts, which support trading in hardware assets such as H100 chips and storage; a financial world model that converts probabilistic events such as policy implementation and product launches into quantifiable event-trading signals; and trusted AI agent trading, where an Agent Engine allows users to deploy automated strategies.
Travix said its goal is to combine compute assets, probability-based trading, and trusted agents to build what it calls a new decentralized perpetual futures gateway where "trading means understanding the world."
