Gold and silver stocks also slumped. Barrick Gold fell over 4%, while the Gold Miners ETF, iShares Silver ETF, and First Majestic Silver each declined more than 3%. SPDR Gold ETF, Newmont Mining, and Coeur Mining all dropped over 2%.
