US stocks edge lower at the close as crypto-related names fall broadly

BTBT (Bit Brother) fell 5.80%, CLSK (CleanSpark) dropped 5.77%, RIOT (Riot Platforms) lost 5.46%, MARA (MARA Holdings) declined 5.25%, CIFR (Cipher Mining) fell 4.95%, BMNR (Bitmine) lost 3.93%, HUT (Hut 8) dropped 3.31%, COIN (Coinbase) fell 3.20%, and MSTR (Strategy) declined 2.68%. CRCL (Circle) was the outlier, rising 0.72%.
