The Dow Jones Industrial Average fell 0.7%, the S&P 500 lost 0.33%, and the Nasdaq slipped 0.12%. Storage names were among the strongest performers. Optical communications stocks were mixed as well. Astera Labs (ALAB) gained 2.59%, Lumentum (LITE) rose 2.21%, and Applied Optoelectronics (AAOI) added 1.37%. Credo (CRDO) fell 2.82%, while Marvell Technology declined 2.29%.
