Valle Capital Token (VCT) today announced the deployment of its blockchain-powered ecosystem designed to channel global digital capital into Brazilian agribusiness operations and international commodity exports. Built on BNB Smart Chain, the project combines utility token functionality with a real-world asset (RWA) model spanning agricultural production, commodity financing, logistics and export activity.
The initiative is structured through a British Virgin Islands tokenization entity and aims to bridge traditional agribusiness, international trade and the Web3 economy. Using EVM-compatible smart contracts, digital dashboards, monitoring tools and on-chain records, VCT intends to offer producers, commercial partners, exporters and international buyers a more transparent operational environment.
Brazilian Agribusiness Pain Points
Brazil's agribusiness and commodity export sector is a key economic driver, yet it suffers from fragmented information across multiple parties—from producers and buyers to warehouses and exporters. VCT's digital layer organizes data, improves visibility and supports integration across the agro-export chain. The project cites seven market drivers: greater transparency, better access to working capital, reliable contract monitoring, digital traceability from field to shipment, AI-driven operational intelligence, blockchain-based auditability, and new tech infrastructure linking real assets with digital capital.
Eight Ecosystem Tools
Beyond a simple digital asset, VCT describes itself as a suite of digital tools and operational infrastructure. Planned features include: satellite imagery and field data to track crop cycles; territorial and climate indicators for decision-making; visibility into commodity movement and storage; irrigation and soil information mapping; AI-powered operational analysis; digital traceability recording production-chain data; a comprehensive dashboard integrating field data and real-time alerts; and EVM smart contracts logging hashes and references for agreements, purchase contracts, invoices, bills of lading, logistics milestones and settlement status.
Financing flows are formalized through legal structures and recorded on-chain. The ecosystem covers two operational areas: agricultural financing (producer financing, advance purchases, working capital, crop financing, forward contracts) and export financing (pre-shipment financing, logistics and shipping costs, operational cost coverage, commodity export preparation, international trade activities). Capital from global participants will be transferred to Brazilian entities via formal legal mechanisms such as capital contributions and structured private loan agreements, subject to applicable laws and compliance.
Tokenomics and Roadmap
VCT's total supply on BNB Smart Chain is 650 million tokens. Allocation: presale 227.5M, operations and treasury 162.5M, liquidity and listings 97.5M, marketing and ecosystem 65M, team and advisors 65M, strategic reserve and legal 32.5M. The presale runs across 15 rounds of 10 days each, with 10% unlocked at the token generation event and the remaining 90% released linearly over 12 months.
The roadmap unfolds in four phases: Phase 1 – BVI entity, smart contract development, audit, and presale; Phase 2 – agribusiness financing via Valle Capital, export finance via Grupo CGM, and investor dashboards; Phase 3 – satellite and climate monitoring, logistics tracking, AI analysis, digital traceability and staking tools; Phase 4 – on-chain commodity tokenization, fiat on-ramp and card gateway integration, international partnerships, exchange listings, and a global RWA marketplace.
“Valle Capital Token is being developed to connect technology, capital and real operational activity. Our goal is to create a more transparent digital ecosystem where agribusiness, exports, blockchain infrastructure and global participants can operate together,” said Luan Coimbra Correia, Responsible Representative of Valle Token.
VCT is a utility token and does not represent equity, ownership, a security, or guaranteed returns. Participation carries risks including market volatility, liquidity, technology, operational and regulatory changes. The presale is not offered to residents of the United States, Brazil or OFAC-sanctioned jurisdictions.
