Capital flows across major public blockchains diverged over the weekend, according to DeFiLlama data cited by BlockBeats on Sept. 7. BNB Chain recorded a net inflow of about $28.22 million over the past 24 hours, pointing to continued capital concentration in the BSC ecosystem. Robinhood Chain moved in the opposite direction, posting a net outflow of roughly $18.04 million over the same period. The outflow on Robinhood Chain followed earlier data from Sept. 5, when the network logged about $21.07 million in single-day net outflows, the largest among major chains that day. Even so, on-chain activity there remained elevated. DeFiLlama showed Robinhood Chain generated about $10.424 billion in DEX volume over the past seven days, up 95.26% from the previous week, with another $1.368 billion recorded in the last 24 hours. BNB Chain posted about $8.254 billion in seven-day DEX volume, up 20.99% week over week. Separately, Sept. 6 data showed Solana back at the top of the major-chain DEX rankings with about $1.96 billion in 24-hour volume, ahead of BNB Chain at $1.64 billion and Robinhood Chain at $1.61 billion. The weekend picture showed high trading activity across chains, while capital flows began to rebalance.

Capital flows across major public blockchains diverged over the weekend, according to DeFiLlama data cited by BlockBeats on Sept. 7.

BNB Chain recorded about $28.22 million in net inflows over the past 24 hours, suggesting capital continued to move into the BSC ecosystem. Robinhood Chain, by contrast, posted about $18.04 million in net outflows during the same period.

Robinhood Chain had already logged heavy outflows earlier

Data from Sept. 5 showed Robinhood Chain posted about $21.07 million in single-day net outflows, making it the network with the largest capital outflow among major public chains that day.

Trading stayed active on Robinhood Chain despite the outflows

DeFiLlama data showed Robinhood Chain generated about $10.424 billion in DEX trading volume over the past seven days, up 95.26% from the previous week. Its DEX volume in the last 24 hours still reached about $1.368 billion.

BNB Chain posted about $8.254 billion in DEX volume over the past seven days, up 20.99% week over week, while also recording about $28.22 million in net inflows over the past 24 hours.

Solana returned to the top of the DEX volume rankings

At the same time, data from Sept. 6 showed Solana generated about $1.96 billion in DEX trading volume over the previous 24 hours, ahead of BNB Chain at $1.64 billion and Robinhood Chain at $1.61 billion, putting Solana back at the top of the major-chain DEX volume leaderboard.

Weekend trading activity stayed high while flows rebalanced

Overall, the weekend data pointed to a market where trading activity remained elevated even as capital flows began to rebalance across major chains. BNB Chain continued to absorb capital under a high-volume backdrop, while Robinhood Chain saw consecutive net outflows even as its DEX volume expanded quickly, indicating that part of the capital may have left the network after high-frequency trading activity.
