A whale that had been using a leveraged loop strategy to go long on Ether and Bitcoin has started taking profit, according to on-chain monitoring cited by BlockBeats on Aug. 21. Tracker ai_9684xtpa said the address, 0x268…47643, withdrew 79,226.49 ETH from Binance between July and August 2026 at an average price of $1,776.83, with the total position valued at about $140 million. Since Aug. 19, the wallet has deposited 10,887.15 ETH, worth about $24.16 million, back to trading platforms. Based on the monitored figures, selling that portion would lock in an estimated profit of $4.817 million. The address still has sizable collateral on chain: 47,889 wstETH and 1,200 WBTC remain pledged, while 83.67 million USDS has been borrowed. The account’s health factor was reported at 2.26.
