World Liberty said it does not own or operate the AI platform WorldClaw and does not control the models offered through it. At the same time, the company declined to say whether it holds an equity stake in WorldClaw or takes part in its fundraising or revenue sharing arrangements. The disclosure leaves the nature of the relationship between the two sides unclear. WorldClaw has integrated more than 300 Chinese and U.S. AI models, according to the statement cited by Odaily. The platform also lists USD1 as one of its payment options. Even so, WorldClaw’s terms of service bar users in the United States and China from accessing the platform. The combination of its model sourcing, payment setup and user restrictions adds to questions around how the service is structured and operated.
