On September 6, on-chain sleuth ZachXBT issued a community alert about WOO X withdrawal issues. Multiple verified users reported withdrawals stuck in 'pending' or 'processing' for three days. WOO X, incubated by Kronos Research and acquired by FusionX Digital in Q4 2025, hasn't responded. ZachXBT noted FusionX Digital's alleged ties to BitMart founder Sheldon Xia. BitMart ceased operations on July 26, 2026, leaving millions in user funds inaccessible, with complaints mounting on X. Sheldon Xia issued only a vague statement claiming funds are safe, but it remains unverified.

On September 6, on-chain detective ZachXBT put out a community alert saying multiple verified WOO X users have reported withdrawals stuck in “pending” or “processing” for the past three days. And as of his post, WOO X still had not released a statement about the issue.

WOO X was incubated by Kronos Research and was acquired by FusionX Digital in the fourth quarter of 2025. ZachXBT said FusionX Digital is allegedly tied to BitMart founder Sheldon Xia. He also said BitMart announced a shutdown and restructuring on July 26, 2026, while users still cannot access millions of dollars in trapped funds, and complaints on X keep piling up. Sheldon Xia has issued only a vague statement saying user assets are safe, but that claim has not been independently verified.
