Liquid Capital founder Yi Lihua said on Aug. 30 that he wants the market’s attention to shift back to innovation and opportunity in crypto, after years in which, in his view, the industry has been weighed down by negative voices and a worsening public reputation. Speaking in remarks carried by BlockBeats, Yi described the crypto sector as a "small world" shaped by both personal ties and conflict over more than a decade of development.
Yi said a new bull cycle is "about to begin" and singled out on-chain finance, especially stocks, as an area that has expanded the industry’s room for imagination. He added that more meaningful opportunities and wealth-creation chances are still ahead. Beyond crypto, he also said the AI sector, which he described as dozens of times larger than crypto, is another field worth exploring.
