On Aug. 20, Grayscale submitted its fourth amended filing to convert the Zcash Trust into an ETF. The filing said the fund would be renamed and listed on the New York Stock Exchange under the ticker ZCSH.
The filing also said DCG International Investments Ltd., a subsidiary of Digital Currency Group (DCG), is discussing a plan to inject about 200,000 ZEC into the fund.
