Bithumb Halts DATA, ARIAIP Deposits and Withdrawals for Data Network Wallet Maintenance

Bithumb, a South Korean cryptocurrency exchange, has suspended deposits and withdrawals for Data Network (DATA) and Aria Protocol (ARIAIP) due to maintenance on the Data Network wallet system. The halt takes effect at 11:40 p.m. Korea Standard Time on Aug. 10, 2026, and applies to the Data Network network. According to the exchange's announcement, ARIAIP is a withdrawal-only asset, meaning it does not support deposits. Bithumb said the move is intended to ensure stable deposit and withdrawal services during the maintenance window. Trading functions on the platform will continue to operate normally, though the exchange cautioned that users should be prepared for possible sharp market volatility during the suspension. Pending withdrawal requests that were submitted before the pause but not yet processed, as well as deposits made while the suspension is in effect, will be processed sequentially after services resume and reflected in user accounts. The exact resumption date has not been disclosed; Bithumb said it will confirm network stability first and then notify users through a subsequent announcement.
