Aave V4 goes live on Avalanche in first Hub & Spoke multichain deployment

Aave V4 has been deployed on Avalanche, marking the first multichain rollout of the protocol’s Hub & Spoke architecture, according to BlockBeats. The deployment includes one core liquidity hub and three sub-markets. The main market supports lending and borrowing for assets including WAVAX, BTC.b, USDC, USDT, and WETH.e. An AVAX-focused market is aimed at liquid staking strategies, allowing users to deposit sAVAX at a 95% loan-to-value ratio and borrow WAVAX. A foreign exchange market supports cross-collateralized lending and borrowing among EURC, USDC, and USDT. Aave said the core liquidity hub uses a shared liquidity pool so all sub-markets draw from the same pool, a design intended to reduce liquidity fragmentation. The protocol also said it has been deployed on Avalanche since 2021, with cumulative inflows across V2 and V3 exceeding $15 billion. Stablecoin utilization in the current V3 market is above 90%.
