Meituan launches DeepSkill AI agent platform with more than 370,000 verified skills

Meituan’s AI team has launched DeepSkill, an AI agent skill platform that now includes more than 370,000 Skill tools verified through real task execution, according to a report cited by ChainCatcher from Dujia. The figure is up from 130,000 in early September, representing nearly a doubling over that period. Instead of relying on a traditional directory-style search model, DeepSkill lets users describe a task directly. The platform then breaks the request into steps and matches it with candidate Skills from its library. It also scans and parses the full content of each Skill and produces an analysis report covering capability boundaries, tool usage, potential risks, and data security review. In addition, the platform features rankings such as a GitHub trending list, an authoritative sources list, and a Market hot search list. The report added that major Chinese tech companies including Tencent, ByteDance, and Alibaba have also been building in the Skill platform segment.
