The company posted second-quarter profit at a record high for a single quarter, while first-half earnings per share reached NT$2.24, above last year’s NT$1.64. ABMedia reported that foreign investors bought 15,890 shares lots over six straight sessions, helping drive the stock sharply higher in early trading, with the price at one point hitting the daily limit and reclaiming the NT$100 level. Analyst Wang Rongxu said the AI-related supply squeeze has spread upstream from GPUs and cooling modules to ABF substrates, copper clad laminate and glass fiber fabric. Fulltech said advanced-process products are targeted to make up 70% of capacity this year. It is expanding Low DK1 and Low DK2 products, with the benefits expected to show up gradually in revenue and profit. The company also said its first-phase Thailand plant has already been fully booked by customers before completion. The facility is scheduled to begin mass production in the third quarter of 2027 and will produce high-end glass fiber fabric for AI servers, low-earth-orbit satellites and IC substrates.870
