GMX launches QQQ and SPY perpetuals on Arbitrum
Decentralized derivatives protocol GMX has rolled out QQQ/USD and SPY/USD perpetual contracts on Arbitrum, opening leveraged long and short exposure to the Nasdaq 100 and S&P 500 ETFs. The new products allow up to 50x leverage during U.S. market hours and up to 25x outside those hours, while remaining available for 24/7 trading. Users can access the market through multiple chains, including Ethereum, Base, and BNB Chain. Pricing is supplied through Chainlink’s low-latency oracle infrastructure. Each market is backed by a separate GM liquidity pool, and funding rates will adjust dynamically depending on the trading session. According to the announcement cited by Techub News, the launch extends GMX’s real-world asset push into the U.S. equity index segment.
