Trump says Iran wants a deal quickly and the U.S. is open to contact

He added that he will decide whether the United States engages with Iran, while saying Washington remains open to that possibility. The remarks centered on two points: Iran’s stated desire for an agreement, the urgency Trump attached to that position, and the U.S. stance on potential contact. Trump’s comment did not include further details on the form, timing, or terms of any possible engagement. No additional parties, timeline, or policy measures were disclosed in the brief statement carried by ChainCatcher.
