GWDC 2026 KOREA has confirmed that Koo Yun-cheol, South Korea's Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Economy and Finance, will attend the event and deliver the opening address. Koo is a veteran economic policymaker and a core decision-maker in the Seoul government, with a portfolio covering national fiscal policy, economic coordination and external economic negotiations.
