Arcus says PENGUZILLA was not issued by the company, points to employee’s personal wallet

Arcus denied claims that it launched the meme coin PENGUZILLA on the Circus platform after a user on X alleged the company had deployed the token and shared a related wallet address. In response, Arcus said it has never deployed any token on Circus or on any other launch platform, and added that it does not endorse such platforms. The company said the wallet in question belongs to an Arcus employee in a personal capacity, and that the employee issued the meme coin independently. Arcus also said the matter has no connection to Arcus or to the dYdX platform, products, or roadmap.
