Polymath and CineCity Studios explore compliant tokenized film investment platform

Blockchain infrastructure company Polymath and Chicago-based film production company CineCity Studios said they are exploring the creation of a compliant tokenized film investment platform. The proposed platform is designed to connect investors with independent film projects through regulated digital securities. Under the model outlined so far, Polymath would provide the technical infrastructure for digital security issuance, investor access, compliance process management, and records covering the full investment lifecycle. CineCity, for its part, would contribute its industry resources and distribution channels from the film production business. The project has not launched.
