PSG beat Lyon 2-0 in Ligue 1 at the Parc des Princes to move to the top of the table. Second-half goals from substitutes Senny Mayulu and Mika Godts secured the victory.
Substitutes make the difference
Luis Enrique introduced Lucas Hernandez, Godts and Mayulu from the bench before PSG's breakthrough. Mayulu scored his first goal of the season from a pass by Godts on the edge of the box. Godts then scored his first goal for the club with six minutes remaining after Quentin Ndjantou's long ball picked him out.
Lyon chances denied
Lyon missed a chance shortly after the half-hour mark when Julien Duranville's close-range effort was tipped over the bar by Matvey Safonov. In the second half, Moussa Niakhate's header also drew a save from Safonov.
PSG win despite absences
PSG were without several key players and still took the points. Lyon suffered a third straight away defeat for the first time since May 2025.
