The women's awards at the 2026 Ballon d'Or ceremony were presented at the London Palladium on Monday, where Alexia Putellas won the 2026 Women's Ballon d'Or. Several Barcelona figures also collected honours, while the club won the 2026 award for best women's football club.
Putellas takes the top prize again
Putellas won the 2026 Women's Ballon d'Or, adding it to her previous wins in 2021 and 2022.
GOAL reported that Putellas scored 24 goals and set up 13 more for Barcelona across all competitions last season.

The shortlist for the award also included Wieke Bouman, Felicia Schröder, Clara Serrajordi and Lily Yohannes.
Cata Coll won Best Goalkeeper in 2026.
Charlyn Corral won Best Women's Striker 2026. Corral became the first Mexican player to win the honour, according to GOAL.
Romeu and Barcelona also recognised
Pere Romeu won the Best Coach award for 2026, and Rafa Benitez presented the prize.
Barcelona won the award for best women's football club 2026.
GOAL reported that Barcelona's women won four titles in 2025-26: the Spanish league, the Queen's Cup, the Spanish Super Cup and the UEFA Champions League.
