Odaily reported, citing monitoring by Yu Jin, that the “1011 Insider Whale,” identified as the Garrett Jin whale entity, has closed part of its smaller long-position exposure. The closed positions involved ZEC and UNI. Among them, the whale exited a 50,000 ZEC long position valued at about $22.38 million, realizing an estimated profit of around $420,000.

The same position adjustment also included the closure of a 580,000 UNI long position worth about $1.76 million. That trade was closed at an estimated loss of around $310,000. Based on the disclosed figures, the two smaller long positions ended with different outcomes: the ZEC position was closed in profit, while the UNI position was closed at a loss.

The whale, however, continues to hold a BTC long position. The remaining position consists of 1,270 BTC opened in May this year at a price of $76,117, with the current position value at about $80 million. The unrealized loss on this BTC long has expanded to approximately $16.65 million, making it the larger disclosed open position that remains unresolved.
