ChainCatcher says Alibaba’s Tongyi Qianwen office product, Qianwen Office, hit 30 million users in its first month after launch. More than half are enterprise users. In the last 30 days, the product pushed out 120 version updates—about four iterations a day—and rolled out more than 1,000 new features. The international version is out too.
Qianwen Office has open-sourced its enterprise context infrastructure, MyContext. And it picked up more than 3,000 stars on GitHub within weeks. By tying in closely with DingTalk and other IM tools, the platform turns scattered company information—messages, documents, approvals, emails, and knowledge bases—into organizational context that agents can understand and call on.
Working with the Tongyi Qianwen model team, it also launched a dedicated office model called Qwen3.8-Flash. Built for multi-step planning, tool selection, and context compression. In actual office use, single-task generation speed is up by about 100%, while token consumption fell by an average of 75%.
Companies such as Chang'an Automobile, Huifu Payment, Chuanhua Group, Zhongyi Shares, and Lao Xiang Ji are already using Qianwen Office. At Chang'an Automobile, the product spans the full chain: R&D, production, supply, sales, and service. A manual wire harness selection job that used to take senior engineers two days now takes five minutes. And vehicle document verification, once more than ten minutes, has been cut to one to two minutes.
