Techub News reported that the fourth Hong Kong Art Finance Forum was held on Oct. 16 at Marco Polo Hongkong Hotel in Tsim Sha Tsui, hosted by the China Social Economic and Cultural Exchange Association (Hong Kong). At the event, Techub News CEO & Founder Alma Li delivered a keynote titled "From Policy to Use Cases: How Hong Kong Connects AI, Art RWA and the Web3 Industry Ecosystem." In her remarks, Li reviewed Hong Kong’s policy track since the city released its virtual asset policy statement in 2022, covering the licensing regime for trading platforms, rules for securities tokenization, and the framework for stablecoin issuers. Li said art RWA projects should first clearly define the asset itself, the related rights, responsibilities, and exit mechanisms before moving on to technical design. She also said policy support does not mean any individual project has been approved, and that while technology can change the way work is done, it does not remove responsibility.
