The Bitcoin for Financial Services Summit, BFFS26, will return to Denver from Oct. 20 to Oct. 22, 2026, bringing together CPAs, wealth advisors, attorneys, lenders and finance leaders who are building Bitcoin into their practices. Organizers said the event is now in its second year and has expanded to more than 30 sessions across two full program days, with speakers drawn from firms working in Bitcoin custody, credit and advisory services.

Headline speakers and program focus

Among the featured speakers, Unchained co-founder and CEO Joseph Kelly is set to open the summit with a keynote on custody, credit and trust at scale. Former Silvergate Bank CEO Alan Lane will speak on lessons for Bitcoin and banking. Samara Asset Group CEO Patrick Lowry is scheduled to discuss holding Bitcoin as a treasury reserve for public companies, while Wyoming Deputy Secretary of State Colin Crossman will address the regulatory outlook for banks, exchanges and advisors.

Additional speakers listed in the announcement include Kate Goldman of Anchorage Digital, Sam Baker of River, Eric Yakes of Epoch Ventures, Daniel Hillery of UTXO Management, Moish Peltz of Falcon Rappaport & Berkman, and CJ Konstantinos of Peoples Reserve.

Session topics

The summit agenda is built around practical use cases. Planned sessions will examine how Bitcoin fits into wealth planning and family office work, Bitcoin-backed lending and mortgages, treasury accounting and valuation, retirement and income planning, charitable giving strategies, mining as an asset class, and fiduciary duty when clients hold Bitcoin.

Organizers also said dedicated workshops will offer continuing education credit for financial advisors and CPAs.

Organizer comments and event schedule

In a press release shared with Bitcoin Magazine, summit co-host Jordan Guess, a CPA, said: 「Last year proved that financial professionals want more than a Bitcoin primer. They want to know how to serve clients who already own it.」 He added: 「This year’s program is built around the questions advisors and accountants are actually getting from clients, answered by the people building the infrastructure.」

The event opens Tuesday, Oct. 20, with the Better Money Invitational golf tournament at City Park Golf Course, hosted with Bitcoin Sports Network. A welcome party at The Space, sponsored by Falcon Rappaport & Berkman, will follow later that day.

Evening programming will include wine and whiskey tastings. Thursday will begin with an optional sunrise hike in the Rocky Mountains.
