Binance said it will support cash dividend distributions for tokenized stock products tied to Marvell Technology and Oracle through bStocks. Eligible holders of MRVLB and ORCLB will receive the corresponding payouts. According to the exchange’s announcement, the cash dividends, after withholding tax, fees, and other related costs, will be automatically reinvested into the underlying securities and distributed as additional tokenized security shares in MRVLB or ORCLB form. For on-chain holders, the entitlement will be reflected through a multiplier adjustment. Binance will take a balance snapshot at 08:00 Beijing time on Oct. 9. It will suspend deposits, withdrawals, and conversion services for the related tokens at 07:30 the same day, while spot trading for MRVLB/USDT and ORCLB/USDT will remain available. The suspended services will resume after the dividend distribution is completed.
