Binance said it will halt trading for 20 spot trading pairs at 11:00 AM on February 6, 2026, following a review of market quality indicators. The exchange said the decision was based on factors such as liquidity, trading volume, and user interest, which it uses in regular assessments of its spot listings.

20 pairs scheduled for removal from spot trading

The pairs set to be delisted are AUDIO/BTC, BB/FDUSD, BERA/FDUSD, EIGEN/BTC, FIDA/BTC, HEI/BTC, IOTX/ETH, KERNEL/FDUSD, MANTA/BTC, MTL/BTC, NEAR/FDUSD, PEOPLE/FDUSD, RENDER/FDUSD, RONIN/BTC, SAPIEN/BNB, SCR/BTC, S/ETH, S/FDUSD, SUSHI/BTC, and VANA/FDUSD.

According to Binance, periodic reviews are part of its normal process for managing the spot market. If a pair shows weak trading activity or limited depth, it may be removed. The exchange said underperforming pairs can weigh on long-term market stability, and that pruning them is part of maintaining a healthier trading environment on the platform.

Delisting pairs does not mean the tokens are removed

Binance also said the delisting applies to the specified trading pairs, not necessarily to the underlying cryptocurrencies themselves. Users will still be able to trade the same tokens through other available pairs on the exchange. That distinction matters. The change affects market access routes, not blanket token support across the platform.

For traders holding these assets, the practical issue is where liquidity shifts after the removal takes effect. If activity had been concentrated in low-volume pairs, users may need to reassess execution conditions in alternative markets, including order book depth, fees, and slippage.

Spot Trading Bot services will end at the same time

Binance said Spot Trading Bot services linked to the affected pairs will also be terminated on the same date and time. The exchange urged users running automated strategies to update or cancel their bot settings before the deadline. If they do not, unintended trades and financial losses may occur.

The announcement focused on the timing of the change, the full list of affected pairs, and the steps users should take before trading stops. Binance added that it plans to manage the transition through clear communication. For users active in thinner spot markets, this review puts attention back on liquidity risk and portfolio execution choices.
