Binance has officially launched trading services for U.S. stocks and ETFs, allowing users to buy and sell American equities 24 hours a day, five days a week, with a minimum investment of $5. The product, called bStocks, uses derivative instruments to mirror the price movements of the underlying securities.
The exchange noted that bStocks holders do not directly own the actual stocks or ETF shares; rather, they have synthetic exposure to the price action. Additionally, regional restrictions may apply due to differing regulatory requirements.
As a major global crypto platform, Binance's expansion into traditional equity trading enables its vast user base to access U.S. stock markets directly from their existing accounts. This reduces the friction of opening separate brokerage accounts and streamlines the management of both crypto and traditional assets.
