Despite mining pool Ocean supporting BIP-110, miner Simple Mining, which uses Ocean's DATUM protocol, refused to signal support and found block 961,634 on the Bitcoin main chain. The nBIP-110 proposal has drawn only about 2.6% hashrate support, far below the 55% threshold it sought. It would restrict non-financial data in transactions for a year. After BIP-110 nodes began rejecting non-signaling blocks at height 961,632, the fork chain produced just two blocks before stalling. Bitcoin's main chain has since moved more than 200 blocks ahead of the fork, according to CoinDesk.

Ocean mining pool has voiced support for BIP-110, but Simple Mining, a miner operating under the pool's DATUM protocol, declined to offer its support signal. Instead, that miner found block 961,634 on the existing Bitcoin main chain. nBIP-110's hashpower backing stands at roughly 2.6%, far under the 55% threshold it set as the goal. The proposal would cap non-financial data in transactions for a year.

BIP-110 nodes were set to reject blocks that did not include the support signal from height 961,632 onward. The split chain produced only two blocks and stalled. Bitcoin's main chain then pulled more than 200 blocks ahead of the fork, per CoinDesk.
