Reality, a licensed real-world asset (RWA) protocol under Bitget, has released its latest proof-of-reserves report, stating that its reserve ratio stands at 100% and that each tokenized stock rToken is backed on a 1:1 basis by the underlying U.S. equity. The reserve data is updated daily and independently verified by U.S. audit firm The Network Firm, according to the report. Custodied assets are held with Alpaca Securities LLC, a U.S. securities broker registered with FINRA and protected by SIPC, under New York state law. The setup is described as a three-party structure separating issuance, verification and custody. Reality’s U.S. stock tokens have already been integrated into the Bitget ecosystem and can be used in key functions including unified account margin and staking-based lending. According to the report, Reality updates its reserve data daily. The figures are independently verified by U.S. audit firm The Network Firm.
The assets are custodied at Alpaca Securities LLC, a U.S. securities broker that is registered with the Financial Industry Regulatory Authority, or FINRA, and protected by the Securities Investor Protection Corporation, or SIPC. The report says the arrangement is governed by New York state law and forms a transparent three-way structure separating issuance, verification and custody.

Reality said its U.S. stock token rToken has been deeply integrated with the Bitget ecosystem and can be used in core scenarios such as unified account margin and staking-based lending.
