ChainCatcher reported, citing PR Newswire, that the Class A perpetual preferred stock of Ethereum treasury company BitMine has been approved for listing on the New York Stock Exchange. The stock will trade under the ticker symbol BMNP and is scheduled to begin trading on June 16. The disclosed dividend rate for the preferred stock is 9.50%.

Board Announces First Cash Dividend

BitMine’s board of directors has declared the first cash dividend for the Class A perpetual preferred stock. The amount is $0.316667 per share, and the payment date is set for June 22. The dividend will be paid to shareholders who are recorded as holders at the close of business on June 12.

The company also disclosed the schedule for a second weekly dividend. This payment is set at $0.105556 per share and will be paid on June 26.
