During the same period, the company also bought back 289,100 shares of its OBTC3 stock, signaling confidence in both its own equity and digital asset holdings.
As of the disclosure date, OranjeBTC's total Bitcoin stash amounts to 3,762 coins, acquired at an aggregate cost of about $395.33 million, resulting in an average cost of roughly $105,085 per Bitcoin. Notably, the recent acquisition was executed at a price nearly 30% below that average, improving the portfolio's cost efficiency.
In terms of performance, the company's Bitcoin position has delivered a 2.2% return year-to-date, while the second quarter alone generated a yield of 2.01%. These moves underscore OranjeBTC's strategy of steadily increasing its Bitcoin exposure.
