Among the major exchanges listed in the Coinglass data, Binance currently shows a BTC funding rate of 0.006%, while OKX reports 0.0001%. Bybit’s BTC funding rate is -0.0047%, and Gate’s BTC funding rate is 0.0022%. The quoted figures show that the rates vary across platforms, with Bybit recording a negative value while the other listed exchanges show positive rates.
Funding rates are part of the periodic payment mechanism used in perpetual contracts, with payments made between long and short positions according to each exchange’s rules.
