Funding rates are commonly used in perpetual futures markets to settle payments between long and short positions, with positive and negative values corresponding to different payment directions. In this data snapshot, the network-wide 8-hour average is in negative territory, while the listed platforms show mixed readings: Binance and Bybit are positive, whereas OKX and Gate are negative.
