According to ChainCatcher, Bybit has filed a civil lawsuit in U.S. federal court against the Democratic People's Republic of Korea, its intelligence agency Reconnaissance General Bureau (RGB) and the state-sanctioned hacker group Lazarus Group. The case involves a $1.5 billion hacking incident.
A federal court has issued a preliminary injunction barring the transfer or dissipation of identified assets tied to the case during the litigation.
