French Bitcoin treasury company Capital B has released its financial results for the first half of 2026, reporting revenue of 5.846 million euros, or about $6.55 million, up 3.5% from a year earlier. The company posted a net loss of about 69.5 million euros, roughly $77.9 million, compared with a loss of about 1.86 million euros, or around $2.08 million, in the same period last year. According to the report, the loss was mainly driven by a roughly 67.5 million euro Bitcoin impairment recognized as of June 30 after a decline in Bitcoin’s price. The company said the charge did not involve cash outflow. As of Sept. 30, Capital B’s strategic Bitcoin reserve had increased to 3,538 BTC. Its cumulative acquisition cost stood at about 310.6 million euros, or around $348 million, with an average purchase price of about 87,805 euros, or $98,412, per Bitcoin. That holding was up 25.3% from 2,823 BTC in January 2026, while its year-to-date Bitcoin yield was 2.2%.
