According to ChainCatcher, citing Coinglass data, total liquidations across the crypto market reached $195 million over the past 24 hours. Long positions accounted for $103 million of that amount, while short positions accounted for $91.8433 million. The figures track forced liquidations across leveraged crypto derivatives positions during the latest 24-hour period.
Bitcoin and Ethereum Liquidation Breakdown
For Bitcoin-related positions, long liquidations totaled $11.9053 million, while short liquidations reached $26.4739 million. For Ethereum-related positions, long liquidations stood at $15.2702 million, compared with $11.2157 million in short liquidations. In the Bitcoin category, short liquidations were higher than long liquidations, while in the Ethereum category, long liquidations exceeded short liquidations.
Coinglass data also shows that 96,758 traders were liquidated globally during the same 24-hour window. The largest single liquidation order occurred on Binance’s BTCUSDT market, with a value of $1.9305 million. All figures were reported by ChainCatcher based on Coinglass data.
