According to ChainCatcher, Coinglass data shows that total crypto market liquidations reached $146 million over the past 24 hours. Long positions accounted for $75.9301 million of the total, while short positions accounted for $70.0565 million, leaving the two sides relatively close in liquidation size.
Bitcoin and Ethereum liquidation breakdown
For major assets, Bitcoin long liquidations totaled $16.2209 million, while Bitcoin short liquidations reached $33.7458 million. Ethereum long liquidations stood at $12.3923 million, and Ethereum short liquidations totaled $9.1633 million. The figures show that both BTC and ETH positions were liquidated across long and short sides during the 24-hour period.
Coinglass data also shows that 80,641 traders worldwide were liquidated in the latest 24-hour window. The largest single liquidation order occurred on Bitget in the BTCUSDT_UMCBL market, with a value of $5.1119 million.
