24-Hour Liquidations Total $401 Million

ChainCatcher reported, citing Coinglass data, that total liquidations across the crypto market reached $401 million over the past 24 hours. Of that amount, long-position liquidations accounted for $275 million, while short-position liquidations totaled $126 million. The data shows that long positions made up the larger share of liquidations during this 24-hour period.

Among major crypto assets, Bitcoin long liquidations reached $90.05 million, while Bitcoin short liquidations totaled $41.648 million. For Ethereum, long liquidations stood at $73.7669 million, and short liquidations reached $33.1289 million. Coinglass data also showed that 97,472 traders were liquidated globally during the same 24-hour window. The largest single liquidation order occurred on Binance in the BTCUSDT pair, with a value of $4.9661 million.
