Twenty-four-hour liquidations reach $275 million

According to ChainCatcher, citing data from Coinglass, total liquidations across the crypto market reached $275 million over the past 24 hours. Long positions accounted for $107 million of the total, while short positions accounted for $167 million. Based on the disclosed figures, short liquidations were higher than long liquidations during this period.

By asset, Bitcoin long liquidations totaled $17.9998 million, while Bitcoin short liquidations reached $55.2425 million. For Ethereum, long liquidations stood at $31.0474 million and short liquidations totaled $32.8197 million. Coinglass data also shows that 97,359 traders were liquidated globally in the latest 24-hour period. The largest single liquidation order occurred on Binance’s ETHUSDT market, with a value of $11.8764 million.
