According to ChainCatcher, citing Coinglass data, total liquidations across the crypto market reached $101 million over the past 24 hours. Long positions accounted for $55.7018 million of the total, while short positions accounted for $45.7841 million. The figures show that forced position closures occurred on both sides of the market during the reporting period.
For Bitcoin, long liquidations totaled $4.4538 million, while short liquidations reached $6.6843 million. For Ethereum, long liquidations stood at $3.6972 million, and short liquidations came in at $3.749 million. Bitcoin and Ethereum were the two major assets specifically broken out in the reported liquidation data.
Coinglass data also shows that 77,433 traders globally were liquidated during the past 24 hours. The largest single liquidation order occurred on Hyperliquid in the HYPE-USD pair, with a value of $721,500. The data summarizes liquidation activity across the broader derivatives market over the latest 24-hour window.
