Regulatory & Industry: Consensys Seeks MetaMask Safe Harbor, Senate Advances Warsh

Consensys submitted a comment letter to the SEC asking for a safe harbor for self-custodial wallets like MetaMask, arguing broker-dealer rules are unsuitable.
