According to Coinglass data, the cryptocurrency market recorded a total of $616 million in liquidations over the past 24 hours. Long positions led the losses at $551 million, while short positions accounted for $64.485 million, indicating significant pressure on leveraged longs.

Breaking down by asset, Bitcoin longs were liquidated for $157 million and shorts for $13.1063 million. Ethereum saw long liquidations of $140 million and short liquidations of $16.7257 million. Both major cryptocurrencies experienced substantial long position losses.

A total of 132,174 traders were liquidated globally during this period. The largest single liquidation order occurred on the Hyperliquid platform for the ETH-USD pair, valued at $14.1486 million. The data underscores the high volatility in the current market environment.
