Cyclops co-founder Alex Wilson said the company is building stablecoin payment rails for payment companies, according to a post from @Delphi_Digital. Wilson said Cyclops has signed more than 10 clients this year, beating its original target of three. He also noted that Shift4, which acquired his previous company The Giving Block, is now both a client and an investor in Cyclops. The company emerged from stealth in March 2026 and closed its Series A round in July. Separately, Wilson said he expects most of the world’s 200 currencies not to survive, with fewer than 25 remaining in five to 10 years.
