Decrypt has rolled out Decrypt Money Accounts on Solana, introducing a single self-custodial balance that works across the products it is building as part of The Information Exchange. The setup lets users fund their activity with USDT on Solana and use that same balance across Earn, Swaps, Predictions, and Perps, with more features set to follow. According to Decrypt co-founder Ilan Hazan, the aim is to give users one account and one balance for a range of financial instruments without forcing them to manage separate wallets, bridges, or chains. The company said gas and rent are covered through fee-payer co-signing, so users do not need to hold SOL to get started. Decrypt also said the accounts are self-custodial, meaning it does not control private keys or act on behalf of users. Private key export is planned for the near term. Existing Myriad Wallet users will not need to migrate, as the wallet used for Myriad Predictions now becomes Decrypt Money Accounts. The company said this infrastructure sits beneath The Information Exchange, which is being built across Decrypt, Myriad, and the upcoming MYR token, with additional features scheduled to roll out over the coming weeks and into Solana Breakpoint.

Decrypt has launched Decrypt Money Accounts on Solana, giving readers a single self-custodial balance that can be used across the products it is building as it expands the infrastructure behind The Information Exchange, its financial and intelligence market.

"Our goal is simple: one account, one balance, and access to every financial instrument, directly from where you already consume information," Decrypt co-founder Ilan Hazan said. He added that users will be able to manage positions ranging from prediction markets to perpetual futures and swaps in one place, without having to think about wallets, bridges, or chains. Hazan also said Decrypt is working with leading protocols to support that setup, with partners to be announced in the coming weeks.

One Solana USDT balance across Decrypt products

Deposits and balances are held in USDT on Solana. That single balance can fund every Decrypt product, including Earn, Swaps, Predictions, and Perps, with Decrypt Takes and additional offerings still to come.

Decrypt said gas and rent are sponsored through fee-payer co-signing, removing the need for users to hold SOL or manage network fees. Once funds are deposited, a user can begin using the wallet immediately.

Self-custodial accounts with private key export coming

The company said Decrypt Money Accounts are self-custodial. In practice, that means Decrypt does not hold private keys and cannot take actions on a user's behalf. Private key export is expected shortly, after which the accounts can be used with any Solana wallet software.

Cross-chain activity handled underneath

Cross-chain activity is abstracted at the infrastructure level. Decrypt said Myriad Predictions markets, for example, settle on BNB Chain, but users can trade them from the same Solana USDT balance without using a bridge or interacting with a second network directly.

No migration required for existing Myriad Wallet users

Existing Myriad Wallet users can start using Decrypt Money Accounts right away. The wallet that previously powered Myriad Predictions now becomes Decrypt Money Accounts, meaning one account and one balance now cover both Decrypt and Myriad without a migration process.

Infrastructure for The Information Exchange

Decrypt described the platform as the rail underneath The Information Exchange, the financial and intelligence market being built on top of Decrypt, Myriad, and the upcoming MYR token.

In that structure, Decrypt serves as the information layer. Myriad is the infrastructure connecting what readers learn with the actions they can take, while MYR is positioned as a shared economic coordination layer on Solana.

Broader product rollout planned into Solana Breakpoint

The Information Exchange is organized around subjects, bringing reporting, data, prices, and probabilities together in one place. The set of instruments attached to those subjects is expected to expand from prediction markets to spot products, perpetual futures, structured event products, and more.

Decrypt said new features will launch over the coming weeks in a staggered rollout that runs into Solana Breakpoint.
