Elite Semiconductor Memory Technology Inc. (ESMT, 3006) posted October revenue of NT$6.546 billion, down 12.26% from September. That made it two monthly drops in a row. But against the same month last year, revenue still jumped 430.06%.
Those numbers came from the Taiwan Stock Exchange’s October revenue table for listed companies. In this report, every figure is in New Taiwan dollars.
Record third-quarter results were announced days earlier
On Oct. 27, ESMT said third-quarter revenue hit NT$22.15 billion, while net income attributable to the parent company came in at NT$10.759 billion. Both set company records. October, of course, was the first month of the fourth quarter.
Revenue has fallen since the August peak
ESMT’s monthly revenue climbed to NT$7.905 billion in August, the company’s highest monthly figure this year. Then it slipped for two straight months.
October revenue sat about 17% below that August peak. It also came in below July. Put simply, it was the company’s weakest monthly showing since June.

The original report said this drop from the August high was calculated by Chain News using the Taiwan Stock Exchange monthly revenue table for June through October 2026.
Cumulative revenue for the first 10 months rose 353.58%
From January through October, ESMT reported cumulative revenue of NT$49.909 billion. That was up 353.58% from a year earlier.
No explanation was given for the monthly drop
In the notes section of its monthly revenue filings, ESMT has written since July that "Revenue for the current period increased from the previous period due to product market supply and demand factors," referring to growth versus the same period last year. But in the monthly revenue table, the company gave no reason for the two back-to-back month-over-month declines.
Another memory stock, Nanya Technology (2408), went the other way. Its October revenue reached NT$46.476 billion, up 3.07% from September.
