The figure refers to the average funding rate measured over an 8-hour cycle across the broader market and is one of the commonly used data points for tracking funding costs in ETH perpetual contracts.
Among the major exchanges listed in the Coinglass data, Binance’s ETH funding rate is -0.0021%, while OKX’s funding rate is -0.0011%. Both figures are in negative territory and differ from the overall 8-hour network average of 0.0001%.
The same Coinglass dataset shows that Bybit’s ETH funding rate is 0.0033%, and Gate’s funding rate is 0.0011%. Based on the exchanges included in the report, Bybit and Gate are recording positive rates, while Binance and OKX are recording negative rates. The overall average remains close to zero.
